Grand Assembly Sessions 2012

Join us for our 2012 Grand Assembly to be held March 23, 24 & 25, 2012 at the Coco Key Water Resort & Hotel, 3580 East Main Street, Waterbury, CT 06705.

Did you know we're having a Special 75th Anniversary Luncheon Saturday at Grand Assembly? This will take the place of the former Adult Worker's Luncheon. All are welcome to attend. There will be speakers and more exciting entertainment. The lunch will be from 11:30am - 12:30pm. Registration for the luncheon and Saturday sessions will have an extended deadline: March 12, 2012.

General information on Grand Assembly Registration:

Each person going to Grand Assembly must have his/her own registration form. All active Rainbow girls must also have a permission/medical form signed by their parents. A copy of the permission should accompany the registration forms that are submitted. Mother Advisors, please keep an original for your records, which can be used for the entire year for Assembly functions.
Each guest MUST have a ticket if they wish to attend the Banquet. Seating is not available without a meal ticket (no exceptions).
Mail one check per assembly payable to “CT Grand Assembly” to Susan Taylor's address, 260A High Street, Coventry, CT 06238.
Registration forms may be sent electronically.
Deadline for all registration forms and payment is due on February 19, 2012. Absolutely no refunds after February 29, 2012. Anyone wishing to make reservations after the due date may contact the hotel directly and will be responsible for their own meals. Please indicate to the hotel that you are with CT Rainbow.
