Grand Worthy Advisor 2013 - 2014

Hello all!

Greetings from all of Connecticut Rainbow, the Curiouser Card Cadets (Grand Officers) and the Junketting Jabberwockies (Grand Representatives). We’re expecting to have a fantastic year full of adventure. 

Our theme for the year is “Alice in Wonderland.” This year, Connecticut Rainbow is venturing through Wonderland with the friends and creatures Alice meets throughout her journey, such as the Mad Hatter and the White Rabbit. Our motto for the year is "Believe in the Impossible with Connecticut Rainbow" derived from the quote, "Why sometimes I've believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast," from the book Through the Looking Glass by Lewis Carroll. Through our travels we will find our flowers - red and white roses, our symbols - mushrooms and teacups, and vibrant shades of momewrath yellow, crimson red and caterpillar blue.

We are working on promoting the Mad Hatter's love for celebration by supporting the American Cancer Society and their mission to create a world with more birthdays. I believe that the American Cancer Society is a cause that many peope can relate to on so many levels, through family members, friends, or personal experiences battling cancer. We would love to have your support for the fundraising events we will be having this year. 

I’m looking forward to a wonderful year serving Connecticut Rainbow. We have a wonderous year planned for all of you with some awesome activities! Throughout the year, I challenge you all to believe in the impossible and enjoy the adventures that are to come. 

I hope to see everyone while traveling throughout the state, and I am looking forward to your support and friendship.
