Past State Miss Service

In previous years, Connecticut Rainbow traditionally recognized a "Service Representative" from each assembly at Grand Assembly. From this wonderful group of girls, one was chosen to represent all the Rainbow girls in Connecticut as "State Miss Service" for the ensuing Grand Year. The State Miss Service was responsible for selecting a charity and encouraging and involving girls in the state to participate in service activities on the state and local level, as well as in their every day lives.
