A girl should be a Past Worthy
Advisor and should have given exceptional
service to her assembly. This service is above and beyond what a
girl is expected to do and has given of themselves in an exceptional way
for the
betterment of Rainbow. The Grand Cross of Color is the highest honor
that
Rainbow can confer on a Rainbow Girl, Mason, Eastern Star, Amaranth,
White
Shrine of Jerusalem or
Majority member of Rainbow.
