Rainbow is totally a girls’ organization, but a family affair, where the girls work with dedicated adult advisors who mentor them to grow into active caring adults. The girls themselves plan and run all meetings, activities, initiations, service projects, and elect their own leaders. There is a progression through an elected “officers line” to serve as Assembly President or “Worthy Advisor” whose job and responsibility it is to  plan/organize/execute/oversee all Assembly activities during her 6 months term of office.

Any girl of age 11-21, who wishes to dedicate themselves to a life of service to others, is eligible to join with the consent and signed permission of their parent or guardian. Active parents and the adult advisors are a vital and best resource of a Rainbow Assembly.  Parents need to be available to transport the girls to and from activities, support fundraising project and encourage/enable their girls participation. Adult Advisors assure planned activities are monitored, focused, educational and above all FUN.
